- To deliver all required training to the highest possible standard in line with the RAK Airport Learning and Development Policy and to ensure records and compliance are kept up to date and accurate.
- Creating and maintaining a comprehensive onboarding experience for all new starters
- Assist with design and implementation of the Management System Competency Development pathway framework in collaboration with a number of line areas, training sponsors and internal and external training providers.
- Identifying Training Needs across the organization through TNA, development and Implement Training programs, track training and development progress, assess effectiveness of training programs.
- Assistance with the design, maintenance and delivery of multiple safety and security training course within RAKIA, as required.
- Manage Training Budget.
- Gather and process all data and documentation necessary for the fulfilment of the success of the Training Department by manual, automated or computerized systems including report writing.
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
- Effective communication with the Managers and Heads to ensure staff are available for the observation and assessments.
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
- To demonstrate a great level of flexibility in attending and delivering the company and airport courses. Required Experience
- 6+ years experience in training.
- Experience in scoping, designing and delivering training programs from the end-to-end process. Ability to prioritize tasks with the ability to lead workload under ambiguous circumstances.
- Previous experience in Aviation Safety including Management System, Aviation Safety or Health and Safety.

You will enable world class safety and security risk management and cultural development.Educational Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline, Masters or equivalent.
Professional Qualifications
Training certifications, CIPD in L&D would be an advantage.
