Marketing Coordinator - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Notions Group
Description
Provide administrative support to the Head of Marketing and the marketing team.The role will involve liaising with other functions, external partners, and agencies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of marketing projects.
The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on project progress, managing budgets, and supporting the team with various marketing-related tasks.
Responsibilities :
Serve as a primary point of contact between the marketing department and other functions,external partners, and agencies.
Support the Head of Marketing and marketing team with project management, including
scheduling and coordinating meetings, creating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on project status.
Work closely with the Product Development team to ensure timely roll-out and follow-up of new product initiatives.
Monitor and report on marketing budgets, ensuring timely and accurate submission of invoices and purchase orders.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data entry.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of marketing best practices, trends, and technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative support role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
