    Description
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the organization. Monitor all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting principles. Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts. Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in budget preparation and analysis. Support the organization in financial decision making by providing accurate and timely financial information. Collaborate with the finance team to implement financial policies and procedures. Prepare and submit tax returns, financial statements, and other government forms. Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable. Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements. Liaise with external auditors and assist in annual audits.

    Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
