    Description
    The Role
    We are looking for a dynamic andexperienced Real Estate Manager to join our team in Dubai UAE. Theideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dailyoperations of our real estate properties managing a team ofprofessionals and ensuring the overall profitability and success ofour real estate portfolio. Responsibilities: Oversee the dailyoperations of all real estate properties including residentialcommercial and industrial properties Develop and implementstrategies to maximize occupancy and rental rates Manage and lead ateam of real estate professionals including leasing agents propertymanagers and maintenance staff Negotiate and execute leaseagreements and contracts with tenants and vendors Conduct regularproperty inspections and ensure that maintenance and repairs arecarried out in a timely manner Monitor and manage property budgetsexpenses and financial performance Stay up to date with local realestate market trends regulations and zoning laws Develop andmaintain strong relationships with tenants property owners andother stakeholders Collaborate with marketing and sales teams topromote and market available properties Prepare regular reports andupdates for senior management

    Requirements
    • Bachelors degree in Real EstateBusiness Administration or related field. Proven experience in realestate management leasing or property management with at least 5years in a managerial role Indepth knowledge of real estate lawsregulations and market trends in the UAE particularly in DubaiStrong leadership and team management skills Excellent negotiationcommunication and interpersonal abilities Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Proficient inproperty management software and MS Office suite Exceptionalorganizational and problemsolving skills Valid real estate licenseis preferred
