Magnumplus is UAE's fastest growing manpower supply company. To manage the operations of Manpower and in coordination with site Supervisors and Commercial Managers.Position Responsibilities
- Manage operations on a daily basis
- Ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of contract startup phase, including: Plan, recruitment of staff, deliver staff training, liaise with the Account Manager/Business Head on a daily basis and meet client on a regular basis
- Monthly planning of daily and weekly staff meetings
- Plan transport requirements in advance of contract start date.
- Plan accommodation requirements in advance of contract start date.
- Responsible for service level agreements and agreed scope of works on all contracts.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
