Recruiter / HeadHunter (3 month-contract in the UAE) - Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Easy Wedding

Description

We're looking for a Head Hunter/recruiter with UAE experience to help us fill 6 positions in the UAE (either onsite 3 times per week or fully remote)

Location

Remote or onsite (Dubai Media City) possible

We hire 1 position at a time

for now Sales. the Full JD is here

Payment

Remote: We pay commission (on the joining date & and after the probation)

Onsite: Fix + bonus on hiring

Job & responsibilities:

• We expect to receive CVs directly into our portal (breezy)
• We have a WA group with our team (2 decision-makers) to speed up our feedback and your updates
• All our interviews are recorded and shared with our scores and comments on a Google Excel (so you know exactly what happened to the candidates)
• We need to close those positions within 3 months
• We do an average of 100 screening calls and 30 interviews before hiring anyone (hire slow, fire fast)
• Our hiring methodology is based on the book 'the who hire' and a few more we including 'the sales formula'
• We expect much coordination for you to understand what happened to each of the candidates you're sending us
