Supervisor with Coffee Knowledge

Job Description:
Job Summary
Act as a liaison between team members and management.
Mix all drinks + Coffee based on the serving sizes as outlined in the company manual to keep drink costs at a minimum
Aid in the supervision and training of the staff within the branch.
Ensure that the Operations Management Team is aware of the activities occurring within the branch.
Advise management with any employee members performance issues.
Advise management of any disciplinary actions taken on staff.
Assist in the orientation and training of new employees.
Aid in ensuring all weekly orders are received and effectively stored and practice proper product rotation.
Aid in daily productivity.

Ensure established standards of cleanliness and sanitation are being met, as well as execute daily and weekly cleaning projects.

Have thorough product knowledge.
Participate in staff and management meetings
Establish and maintain a healthy working relationship with the Management Team and all the staff.
Assist with daily deposits, revenue records, ordering, and inventory.
Supervise sales contests, staff incentives, and collect staff feedback for new initiatives.
Ensure opening and/or closing duties are completed efficiently and thoroughly.
Aid in daily and weekly equipment cleaning and maintenance.
Qualifications
Diploma in Hotel Management or trade certificate in Restaurant & Counter Service/High School Certificate
People Management,
Planning
Self-Motivated, Multi-tasking,
Resolving Conflict
Verbal Communication
Minimum of 1 year experience
