- Support the development and refinement of tiered rebuild and repair offerings aligned to customer needs, dealer capabilities, and lifecycle strategies.
- Build and maintain rebuilding pricing frameworks and benchmarks to support competitive positioning and consistent market execution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Parts, Pricing, and Product Groups to ensure rebuild offerings are commercially viable and field‑ready.
- Work directly with Caterpillar dealers to support rebuild strategy deployment, offering adoption, and commercial execution.
- Participate in dealer workshops and field engagements to champion rebuild frameworks, pricing logic, and value propositions.

Role Definition
Caterpillar's Electric Power Division is seeking a Rebuild Specialist to support global aftermarket growth through the development and commercial deployment of rebuild offerings. This role focuses on shaping how rebuild solutions are defined, priced, and executed across the dealer network by combining technical knowledge with commercial experience and field engagement.
The Rebuild Specialist works closely with dealer sales teams and internal partners to translate service data into practical, dealer‑ready commercial offerings that improve customer value, profitability, and lifecycle performance.
