We are seeking an ambitious Finance Manager to join our talented growing MENA Team to ensure all Finance activities are conducted in accordance with company policies.


Position Purpose:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Oversee the general ledger accounting process, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthend close activities, to maintain the integrity of financial data.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, vendor payments, customer invoicing, and collections, to optimize cash flow and liquidity.
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with strategic goals and financial targets.
  • Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies to facilitate audits, reviews, and compliance assessments, ensuring timely and accurate submission of financial information.
  • Manage tax compliance activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations in UAE and KSA.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Drive the revenue recognition progress for the projects.
  • Manage the overall books of the company, and ensure all accounts are being reviewed.
  • Perform assigned duties according to the policies and expectations prescribed by the company.
  • Reviewing the complete GL in ERP and ensuring the accuracy and correctness of transactions.
  • Ensuring daily data entry and posting of the transaction's same day.
  • Fixed asset register management, calculating periodic depreciation, addition of assets, and correct accounting for disposal entries in ERP as per the Fixed Assets SOP.
  • Daily reviewing customer balances to identify the outstanding receivables. Following the sales team for the timely recovery.
  • Review petty cash expenses and ensure cash is only used for the allowed expenses as per the Petty Cash SOP.
  • Comparing the actual performance of projects with the budgeted and doing variance analysis.
  • Assist in booking all transactions in the ERP system and support the team to maintain the accurate entry booking on a timely basis.

  • Manage the accounting team daily.
  • Maintaining good communications with the project team.
  • Reviewing financial reports.
  • Preparing financial analysis.
  • Analysing revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets.
  • Supervising accountants and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
  • Booking all types of accounting transactions on the ERP.
  • Reviewing and processing payments of the business.
  • Maintaining an accurate filing and recordkeeping system for all financial statements and company documents

Position Requirements:


  • Degree in Finance, Accounting
  • Post Qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CMA)
  • 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance
  • Experience in project accounting (Events/Construction)
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Commitment to integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of accounting operations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with Epicor or another similar ERP system.
  • Knowledge of UAE and KSA Tax regulation
