Responsibilities:


  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for BIM sector positions, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the BIM sector, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HRrelated matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and complaints, and work towards effective resolutions.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate recordkeeping of employee data.
  • Manage the employment visa processing for international hires, ensuring compliance with UAE immigration regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs within the BIM sector and facilitate appropriate learning initiatives.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR management, particularly within the BIM sector.

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Assistant, preferably in the BIM sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations, with experience in employment visa processing.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, ZOHO.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Certification in HR management or relevant field is a plus.
