岗位职责
【对内-牵引-项目落地】协助国内事业部在属地的项目落地(包括但不限于市场开发、监测市场动态、搜集汇总潜在客户、竞争对手信息),同时积极寻找与股份主营业务关联性强的属地业务发展机会,发掘潜在客户,拓展客户资源;

【团队引进】考察境内外成熟的业务团队(如有),负责团队的属地考察及建议,与对接人协同引进;

【平台业务基础建设】通过自身资源,协助推进平台建设初期与海关、信保公司等外部机构联络沟通;

【信息输出】配合股份现有研究团队,动态输出业务相关区域、相关行业政策、市场动态洞察预测信息等,提供境外供应链相关专业信息的咨询;

【对外-牵引-公共关系】负责与当地政商资源的维护(包括但不限于商会交流、论坛会议等),获得必要的信息及属地支持;并维护商务合作关系,助力公司属地品牌形象树立;

【其他需要协助的事宜】


任职要求
1. 8-10年及以上大宗商品供应链行业相关工作经验,具有属地大宗商品供应链上下游相关资源掌握及获取能力,并对大宗贸易模式有足够理解;

2. 有收集、梳理区域及行业资讯的能力并能形成汇报;

3. 具有较强的语言表达能力及沟通协调能力,具备一定的谈判技能,具备一定的团队管理经验;

4. 常驻属地,中英文需流利掌握,具备属地化语种(法语,阿拉伯语)优先

5. 有良好的政府关系优先

6. 需对属地化行政、人事,财务等相关事项负责并提供相应指导与支持

6. 能适应经常性出差


Regional / Country Commercial Representative (Africa/Middle East)

Middle East based in Dubai (or ANY Middle Eastern or African Country)

Responsibilities:


[Internal-Traction-Project Landing] Assist the domestic business department in the project landing in the territory (including but not limited to market development, monitoring market dynamics, collecting and summarizing information on potential customers and competitors), and actively looking for the relationship with the main business of the stock Strong local business development opportunities, discover potential customers, and expand customer resources;

[Team introduction] Investigate mature business teams (if any) at home and abroad, be responsible for the team's territorial inspection and suggestions, and cooperate with the docking person to introduce;
[Platform business infrastructure construction] Through its own resources, assist in the early stage of platform construction and communicate with external agencies such as customs and credit insurance companies;

[Information output] Cooperate with the existing research team of the company to dynamically output business-related areas, relevant industry policies, market dynamic insight and forecast information, etc., and provide consultation on professional information related to overseas supply chains;

[External-Traction-Public Relations] Responsible for the maintenance of local political and business resources (including but not limited to exchanges with chambers of commerce, forum meetings, etc.), obtaining necessary information and territorial support; and maintaining business partnerships to help establish the company's territorial brand image;

Job Requirements
