    The Role

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the delivery of major residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE.

    The successful candidate will manage defined scopes across planning, procurement, construction, and handover phases, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery.

    The role requires strong coordination ability across multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, commercial teams, and authority stakeholders, working under the direction of the Project Lead.

    Project Scope
  • Mid-rise to high-rise residential developments
  • Mixed-use components
  • Multi-phase delivery including infrastructure and landscape
  • Individual package values ranging from AED 100M to AED 1 Billion
    • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned project packages across planning, procurement, and construction phases
  • Coordinate consultant deliverables to ensure alignment with project brief and authority requirements
  • Support value engineering and technical optimisation initiatives
  • Prepare scopes of work and support RFP and tender evaluations
  • Oversee contractor performance, ensuring compliance with quality and HSE standards
  • Lead coordination meetings and monitor construction progress
  • Track programme milestones and proactively identify risks or delays
  • Maintain package-level risk registers and escalate issues where required
  • Facilitate authority inspections and approvals
  • Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover processes
  • Liaise with FM and Customer Experience teams during unit release
    • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • 10–15+ years total experience in project delivery
  • 2–5+ years UAE experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing defined packages within large-scale residential or mixed-use projects
  • Demonstrated experience managing packages valued between AED 100M – 500M
  • Strong understanding of authority approvals, QA/QC processes, HSE compliance, and handover workflows
  • Proficiency in MS Project, Aconex, SharePoint, and MS Teams
