    • Implement and manage an effectivelegal compliance program and keep track of compliance fulfillmentacross all departments
    • Communicate compliancerequirements and changes to employees regularly and work withRewards and OD team to provide compliance related trainings to thestaff
    • Conduct investigations in anyemployee's fraud activities and violations of Labor Lawand its implementing regulations
    • Preparereports related to the conducted investigations and providerecommendations
    • Handle files of legal cases forall type of disputes as instructed bymanagement
    • Initiate any legal action necessaryto protect e&'s legal rights/interests and/or tocollect outstanding entitlements
    • Represent in,and advise on, all legal claims and disputes that fall under laborrelated litigation section scope of work, as instructed bymanagement
    • Review the investigations conductedby subordinates, and lawsuits handled bythem
    • Conduct objective, fair, thorough,unbiased and timely investigations into complaints/allegations offraud, wrongdoings, conflicts of interest or abuse committed byemployees
    • Draft memoranda of defense and/orstatements of claims in all type of labor cases related and othertypes of litigation assigned bymanagement
    • Develop policies and procedures toprevent fraud activities and to recover any incurredlosses
    • Develop and maintain confidentialprocedures for the handling and processing of complaints andallegations
    • Identify the weakness of currentcontrol process and recommendenhancements
    • Provide support to any MOLinspection and file grievance against any penalty imposed by MOLbefore the competent judiciaryauthorities
    • Represent e& in any laborclaims before the Labor court; and before the competent judiciaryauthorities in any criminal/civil claim that involves fraudactivities.

    QUALIFICATIONS&EXPERIENCE:

    • Bachelor'sdegree in law, finance, business management, or a relatedfield.
    • 4-6 years of proven experience inmanaging employee legal regulation/ litigations/ employee enquiryhandling etc.
