    Apt Resources is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join the team of a well-established 4-star hotel in Dubai. As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive corporate business and achieve revenue targets. You will be working closely with the executive team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and maximize sales revenue.

    In this role, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of the corporate market, stay updated with industry trends, and build strong relationships with key decision-makers in various industries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional negotiation and communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate revenue targets
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate market
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
    • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
    • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the executive team
    • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales within the hotel industry in Dubai
    • Must be in UAE
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients
    • Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems
    • Must have a valid UAE driving license
