With Hospitality Background

  • Ordering food and nonfood items on a daily basis using the inventory system
  • Ensuring stock is always available and items close to expiry are being used
  • Receiving products while ensuring the correct quantities and the quality of the items
  • Monitoring the usage of the ingredients and waste management
  • Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and other important data
  • Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts
  • Conduct inventory counts and management
  • Prepare weekly reports about the food cost and food management
  • At least 3 years' experience in food and beverage in Dubai.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
