    We are currently recruiting Assistant Manager - Retail Marketing for our client based in Dubai.

    Purpose-

    Maximize sell-outs by working with the dealers on store level. Strengthen profit-based upselling of premium products by optimizing SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) for each store. Minimize faulty products and obsolete inventory through store's inventory management.

    Responsibility-

    • Plan and execute Retail Operations with Key Accounts (Organized Retail, Brand-Store's, Showrooms).
    • Steer efforts to achieve weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual in-store display share & flooring targets.
    • Facilitate decision making by senior management on Retail & Flooring strategies to meet demands of accounts by providing market inputs and recommendations associated with channel experience and end customer feedback.
    • Promoter Performance & Review.
    • Promoter Deployment & Resource utilization.
    • ASM Effectiveness, Store Sell out performance (Promoter & Non-Promoter Locations)
    • Display enhancement, Retail Store operations, Retailer Game Plan - Planning / Target Setting / Approvals.
    • Build strong long-term relationships with Organized Retail accounts, at all levels.
    • Manage and monitor budgets allocated.
    • Brief and liaise with suppliers / agencies on display requirements.
    • Identify requirements and work towards finding a solution to remove any barriers to Retail Operations.
    • Maintain Flooring EO.
    • Work closely with local teams in successful launch of new products & solutions and implement campaigns in the region with laser focus on accelerated Flooring and POSM deployment.

    Skills-

    • Experience in a similar role in the industry. Must have experience in UAE / GCC.
    • Understanding of the Consumer Electronics market dynamics and technology.
    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
    • Ability to effectively present information to top management, public group and or client
    • Computer literate and advanced user of MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • 5-7 years' experience in Retail Marketing & Visual Merchandising.
    • Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills and should have excellent working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management.
    • Familiarity of retail marketing in a Luxury/Electronic goods or FMCG with experience in GCC.
    • People management (Internal & External – Partners, Distributors and Agencies).
    • Language: English (Excellent written and spoken).
    • Solid understanding of product technology and passion for technology.
