    Responsibilities:

    • Seniorlevel position with advanced knowledge and a specialized depth orbreadth of expertise gaining a mastery of a single areas ormultiple broader areas of specialization.
    • Plansand conducts and may supervise work of self and others. Has abilityto lead project teams & participate in crossfunctionalcollaboration.
    • Works with selfinitiatedinteraction with supervisor and selfinitiated technical guidance.
    • Broad duties assigned at beginning ofprojects.
    • Work is assigned in terms ofobjectives relative priorities and critical areas that impinge onwork of other units.
    • Work is reviewed toensure policy conformity and soundness ofapproach.
    • Able to lead functional projectteams. May have direct reports. Will typically assign activitiesand regularly give jobrelated guidance to department staff as asenior advisor.
    • Strong ability to Inform andpersuade on complex matters through preparation and delivery ofproposals presentations and reports as well as collaboration withstakeholders and management.
    • Strongunderstanding of systems processes and tools related to field. Ableto assist others and troubleshootissues
    Qualifications:University Degree or equivalent in related field or applicablediscipline.Experience:Relevant Experience in samefield.
