- To drive all aspects ofoperational efficiencies at school level through strong leadershipand integrity, clear communication, defined strategy, creativethinking, and robust processes.
- To be thesenior operational lead and a part of the school's seniorleadership team and ensure a consistent and streamlined approach inline with identified strategic directives, whilst maximising costefficiencies, return on investment and qualitystandards.
- To collaborate with school principaland HQ senior leadership teams to drive efficiencies and maximisereturn on capital investment through the effective development andmanagement of operational and capitalbudgets.
- To be responsible for the organisationand delivery of operations, administration, and support serviceteams across the school (People & Culture, IT, Enrolments,Marketing, Facilities, Finance, Administration and External ServiceProviders)
- Implementing a 'serviceculture' and ensuring efficient, effective staff deploymentand recruitment of high calibre candidates to join the operations,administration, and support service teams.
- Tosupport and advise key functions within the school and HQ teams onoperational, financial, risk, safety, sustainability and audit& regulatory compliance matters and be accountable fortheir effectiveness using robust performance managementsystems.
- To lead on capital deployment inrelation to growth and expansion of key projects within theirschool.
- To implement processes and providestrategic guidance to the principals and senior leadership teams onaudit and regulatory compliance matters, ensuring that schoolsmaintain compliance throughout the year in all authority andinternal audit visits.
- To ensure that alloperations, administration, and support service staff are supportedwith high quality continuous professional development and trainingwhich contributes to the overall development and achievements ofthe school.
- To oversee the key strategicobjectives for the school through formulating and leading onspecific aspects of the business and/or improvement plan as theyrelate to operations and support services.
- Todrive a positive and proactive safe, healthy and environmentalculture throughout their cluster teams and act as a champion forsafety, health andsustainability.
