    JOB DESCRIPTION The primary function of a Store Assistant is to overseea team of staff members. He is alsoresponsible for ensuring that all aspects of the store are runningsmoothly at all times. Store Assistantresponsibility includes Insuring that all the Materials quantitieson shelves received and Issued is matching with the daily recordsand production request related. Impartingtraining and guidance to new and existing employees for multipleproducts and its features and creating improvements in performancelevels for all employees within an organization. ROLES &RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Analyze shipment logs
    • Reviewtimeliness of scheduled deliveries.
    • Trackinventory levels
    • Order new supplies in atimely manner
    • Constantly work to improveprocesses
    • Make suggestions for productivityand products setting (Storing) improvements
    • Optimize employee and helper workflow
    • Communicate and collaborate with other teammembers
    • Train guide and evaluate new warehouseworkers
    • Reporting for the Damaged goods whichis in floor ( Reasonable )
    • Reporting for thereturns which is received from our customers (reasonable by SalesDept.)
    • Ensure the hygiene of the stores (FG& RM).
    • Checking for the loading ofproducts and the quality and Ensure that theres noobservations
    • Before delivering tocustomers.
    • Train guide and evaluate newwarehouse workers
    • Reporting for the Damagedgoods which is in floor ( Reasonable )
    QUALIFICATIONSEXPERIENCE & SKILLS
    • Minimum of 12 years of working experience isrequired.
    • Job Specific Skills: ProcessImprovement Analytical problem solving & accuratedocumentation/ reporting
