Job Description:
We are currently looking for a General Operator to join us at our facility in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) in UAE.
The Production Operator has direct responsibility for the manufacturing processes they are allocated within their shift and has a working relationship with the Production Supervisor(s), Operations Manager, Quality / H&S Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Site Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Operation of Powder Coating Process. Able to understand the process parameters of the machines and work accordingly. The finished product(s). Quality control powder checks and reporting to the Production Supervisor.
- Willing and able to handle Raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse. Packing powder into 20kg boxes and stacking them onto pallets. Cleaning machines (wearing proper PPEs).
- Work within the allocated Team to achieve planned manufacturing in line with shift resource availability and efficiency requirements. Be proactive and make improvement suggestions.
- Communicate any maintenance issues to the Maintenance / Engineering team to ensure mínimal disruption to the manufacturing schedule. Communicate the manufacturing status (issues and activities performed) to the Shift Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe and healthy working environment in all Production areas. Ensure compliance with Company procedures and policies. Ensure all productionrelated documentation is available in advance of manufacturing commencement.
Key requirements:
- Manufacturing, process, and machinery skills.
- Ability to understand and follow company guidelines policies and procedures.
- Hindi language is a MUST.
