Skills and Qualification:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in English language, Bilingual (preferred)
- Adept in Microsoft Office, and business communication software
- Assertive, Proactive and able to meet deadlines and communicate effectively.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- A team player,flexible in approach and attitude, able to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Flexibility and adaptability with working hours
- Professional appearance
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
Accountabilities / Responsibilites:
- Manage the Executive Director's calendar, maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders;
- Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the Executive Director is wellprepared for meetings, preparing meeting agendas.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as preparing presentation, reports and other documents as required.
Salary:
AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- receptionist/secretary: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
