Responsibilities:
General Health Care – Overseeing Medication and Prescriptions Usage and Appointment Reminders

Mobility Assistance- maneuvering in and out of wheelchair, car, shower, bed etc

Care communication – Relaying Information from a Doctor to Family Members

Health Monitoring – Assess and Implement a Suitable Care Plan as per Individual Needs, and/ or following Doctor or Family's Care Plan.

Noticing changes in the individual's health, recording and reporting any fluctuations.

Cognitive support- for daily function.


Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

Nursing License

Current NBI/ Police Clearance

Min. 4 yr. Clinical Experience
