Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead the machine shop team, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
  • Operate and maintain various machinery used in the joinery production process.
  • Monitor the quality of finished products and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as design and project management, to ensure seamless workflow and ontime delivery.
  • Train and mentor machine shop personnel to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Maintain inventory of machine shop supplies and coordinate with procurement when required.
  • Continuously optimize production processes to increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE's joinery industry, with a significant focus on machine shop operations.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a joinery workshop.
  • Extensive knowledge of various machinery used in the joinery production process.
  • Strong understanding of joinery materials, techniques, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality products.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
