MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Controlling fleet timely for registration and renewals.
Controlling maintenance expenses in cost effectively
Coordinating with Agencies for vehicle delivery
Managing the drivers as per the operational requirements
Preparing reports to the higher managements for records
Coordinating with Vehicles Sale Department
Coordinating with suppliers to compete the repair with cost effective
Preparing the documents as per the client requirements
Liaise with clients to build good relationship.
Organize delivery and collection with subordinates.
Performs other related duties as may be required by immediate superior.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Minimum 7 years progressive experience in Automotive industry or rent a car operations.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive or related field.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & COMPETENCY:

Excellent leadership skills; Excellent written and verbal communication; An ability to plan, direct, and manage the maintenance, repair, replacement and disposal of vehicles.

AED10, AED15,000.00 per month
