    Interactive Entertainment Group (IEG) is responsible for the R&D, operation, and development of the company's interactive entertainment business including games and eSports. Through online gaming, live broadcasts, and offline eSports, IEG assists the company in leading the global interactive entertainment market to create better interactive entertainment content experiences for users.

    1. As the community manager in the Middle East, developing community user operation strategies and implementing community user operation plans in the Middle East;

    2. Responsible for the content communication of the Middle East, creating the active community atmosphere, maintaining the popularity of the community, and responsible for the user growth and content atmosphere of the community;

    3. Cooperating with the operation node, based on the understanding of the content platform and the analysis of the core target users, creating different community activity plans and the content strategies of different platforms. Enhancing user engagement through community and content, continuously improving the community's attention, activity, and reputation.

    4. Establish and maintain the connection between the game and the players, improve the process of user feedback collection, and retain the core players group.

    5. Supervising, reviewing, and adjusting the prepared material content with the R&D team.

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree or above, more than three years relevant working experience in the mobile game industry, overseas business background, or other overseas-related experience is preferred;

    2. Commit to the game industry, have rich game experience, a deep understanding of MOBA games, and be familiar with the HOK system, mechanism, and gameplay system. Strong interest and in-depth understanding of the overseas mobile game market, familiar with the MOBA category;

    3. Familiar with social medias such as Facebook,Twitter, and Tiktok; Have a deep understanding of the game community environment and have their community operation methodology;

    4. Strong communication and collaboration skills, good at cross-team communication and collaboration, sensitive to finding problems and promoting problem-solving;

    5. Strong learning ability, curiosity about new things, logical thinking , and insight into the essence;

    6. Fluent in Arabic and Chinese, can be used as working languages.
