    Description
    • Launch, manage, and refineday-to-day paid acquisition campaigns, encompassing Shopping,Search, and Social media.
    • Implement overarchingpaid strategies utilizing various advertising technologies fromGoogle (Shopping, PMAX, Google Analytics, Merchant Centre), Bing,Facebook, etc.
    • Monitor advertising budgetsacross multiple accounts, regions, andlanguages.
    • Provide comprehensive reporting onaccount, campaign, and product performance metrics such as CPA,COS, and ROAS.
    • Collaborate with the PerformanceMarketing Manager to introduce strategies and tactics for expandingmarket share in new territories.
    • Partner withthe product and data teams to identify trends and opportunities fordriving sales and revenue.
    • Work alongsidesocial media teams, content creators, or freelancers to developcompelling ad creatives, videos, andcopy.

    Requirements

    • 3+years of experience in eCommerce, Agency, or Digital businessenvironments.
    • Proficiency in PMAX campaigns orshopping campaigns.
    • Capacity to manage a largenumber of campaigns effectively.
    • Demonstratedability to independently launch and optimizecampaigns.
    • A mindset oriented towards testingand learning.
    • Proficiency in Excel/GoogleSheets.
    • Strong verbal and written communicationskills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, criticalthinking abilities, and robust reportingcapabilities.
    • Knowledge of computer gaming isadvantageous.
    • Experience in selling digitalproducts is a plus.
