Unipods is looking for a
BIM Modeler - MEP & BIM Modeler - Architect with solid experience in AutoCAD, Navisworks and Revit MEP, to be based in Ras Al Khaimah.

2 Nos.

Responsibilities:


  • Supports the Design Team in developing the ongoing projects at Concept, Schematic and Detailed stage, assuring full drawings accuracy.
  • Coordinate the project within the BIM strategy.
  • Handles the preparation of drawings for all stages of projects.
  • Builds the project according to BIM strategy and coordinate with the BIM manager;
  • Following reviews, incorporates all comments in work, assuring consistency in all drawings.
  • Create the 3D Model virtually for specific design discipline using

Modeling Software:
Revit

  • Ensure that the 3D model is modeled according to standards and goals in the BEP.
  • Create work sets/zones in specific according to BEP.
  • Create families and tags and templates in Revit.
  • Develop construction drawing and extract information's based on external needs.

Technical skills:


  • Must be competent in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks (is a plus)
  • Has a detailed understanding of the various stages, scopes and deliverables of a project
  • Developing a good level of experience and understanding of building construction, codes and regulations, and obligations of architect of record
  • Engineering sensitivity

Education and background:


  • Educational background: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant
  • Working experience : 2 to 3 years on relevant field

Salary:
AED8, AED10,000.00 per month
