Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Work closely with the Downstream Manager to create inquiries and quotations.
Generate Local Purchase Orders (LPO), delivery notes, and invoices.
Type sales reports such as order summaries and inquiry reports for the Commercial Division.
Utilize Letter of Credit skills for document consolidation and verification.
Supervision and arrange the shipments with shipping forwarder in coordination with suppliers
