Description

As a Construction Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will lead a team of construction workers, oversee subcontractors, and coordinate with other departments to ensure successful project completion.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in construction supervision, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the construction site, including scheduling, manpower, and materials
• Lead and motivate a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Plan and coordinate construction activities to meet project deadlines
• Inspect construction progress and quality of work to ensure compliance with industry standards and company guidelines
• Monitor and manage project budget, making cost-effective decisions to stay within budgetary constraints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including daily reports, work schedules, and change orders
• Communicate project updates and progress to relevant stakeholders
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision, preferably within the residential and commercial industry
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes, including building codes, safety regulations, and project scheduling
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in project management software, MS Office, and other relevant construction tools and applications
