We are looking for an exceptional digital/performance marketer to help us reach our shared vision of transforming the career of every member of the global workforce.

The Digital Marketing and Advertising Executive will be integral to the centralized digital marketing team, which provides thought leadership on digital marketing strategies, shares best practices, and delivers innovative marketing solutions to drive business globally.

Responsibilities And Duties:


  • Manage the overall relationship and serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing Channels with Business Units Marketing Teams as well as Product Management; set and deliver upon stakeholder expectations
  • Lead small team of junior digital marketers and agency reps in execution of key campaigns
  • Define a holistic media acquisition strategy for Marketing Channels in partnership with marketers
  • Strategize with the business to grow the Business Units using a robust digital marketing strategy with the objective of regularly exceeding quarterly ROI goals
  • Orchestrate the collaboration/integration of all Marketing channels to ensure optimal results.
  • Direct/oversee marketing campaign execution (working closely with our marketers)
  • Consolidate and share weekly, monthly, quarterly insights and reports to BU. Develop insights and present QBRs to executives
  • Work with colleagues to share out digital media best practices, performance data & product roadmaps
  • Own media forecasts and outlook for spend, revenue, and ROI
  • Conduct competitive intelligence scans/benchmarking and develop strategies to adapt to a changing environment
  • Be the goto thought leader on new and emerging marketing channels

Qualifications:


Basic Qualifications:


  • BA/BS degree in marketing or related field
  • 3+ years or more of digital marketing experience

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Digital agency experience
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Loves to capitalize on new growth opportunities through a structured, curious, and datadriven approach
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads manager, etc
  • Basic SQL and/or Hive knowledge or the curiosity to become an expert in various data querying languages
  • A marketplace marketing background (ie understanding how supply and demand impact marketing strategies)
  • Strong presentational skills: Ability to clearly communicate complex workflows, dependencies and tradeoffs in both speech and writing
  • A sense of humor and/or the ability to have fun
  • Demonstrated mastery of multichannel digital media strategy, A/B and multivariate test design, optimization, and ROI
  • Experience in running performance/digital marketing channels (SEM/Display/Paid Social/Mobile)

Job Requirements:


  • Experience in Search Engine Optimizations (SEO) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience working with AdWords and Bing Ads
  • AdWords certification required
  • Ads 360 experience (previously Doubleclick Search)
  • BS/BA degree preferred
  • Agency experience preferred
  • High proficiency with Google Analytics, Bing Analytics, and other website analytics software
