What's the role?
We're looking for an
IT Administrator to join our team.

You will be responsible for maintaining organizational IT networks, servers, and security systems. To ensure business continuity, it must be fully responsive to any IT challenges and situations. If an IT network fails, the impact on the regular operations of commercial operations can be significant.

You will also be responsible for investigating and analyzing network issues, gathering IT use cases, providing advice on refining organizational IT systems, and performing the daily configuration and installation of IT solutions and services to prevent problems from occurring are responsible for.

On a regular basis, they may be requested to help employees with basic needs. In addition, this includes onboarding new employees, offboarding employees, and running backups, security, and passwords.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar.
Applicable professional qualification, such as Microsoft, Oracle, or Cisco certification.
At least two years' experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
Solid knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring and maintenance of network and servers.
Upgrade, install and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
Implementing security protocols and procedures to prevent potential hazards.
Creating user accounts and controlling access.
Performs diagnostic testing and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
Documentation procedures, as well as backup and storage of data.
Develop data recovery and recovery procedures.
Design and implement efficient employee's requirements and error reporting systems.
Supervise and consult with employees across all departments, as well as providing inoffice and 24/7 remote IT support daily.
Keeping up to date with the advances and best practices in IT department.
IT asset allocation and maintenance.

Cloud Server Backup, maintenance & Support.
Management of electronic equipment.
Maintenance, repair and upgrade of operating systems including hardware and software.
Monitoring the performance of existing computers, systems, laptops, access points, CCTV cameras, printers, and IT infrastructure.
