Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership todevelop and execute technology, systems, and architecturestrategy.
• Drive innovation and technologicaladvancement to enhance business capabilities and drive competitiveadvantage.
• Provide thought leadership onemerging technologies and industrytrends.
• Define and maintain enterprisearchitecture framework aligned with businessobjectives.
• Establish and enforce standards forarchitecture design, systems integration, and datamanagement.
• Lead evaluation, selection, andimplementation of technology solutions andplatforms.
• Work with various departments toalign technology initiatives with businesspriorities.
• Foster collaboration andcommunication between IT and other functionalareas.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT andarchitecture team.
• Develop talent pipelines andsuccession plans.
• Provide mentorship andcoaching to team members.
• Manage relationshipswith technology vendors, service providers, and strategicpartners.
• Evaluate new technology vendors andpartnerships.
• Collaborate with procurement andlegal teams for compliance.
• Develop and managethe IT and architecture budget.
• Monitor ITspending and performance metrics.
• Providetransparent financial stewardship.
• Lead changemanagement initiatives for technologyadoption.
• Champion a culture of innovation andcontinuous improvement.
• Foster strongrelationships with business stakeholders.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or related field. Master'sdegree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years ofexperience in IT leadership roles, with a focus on systemsarchitecture and technology strategy.
• Proventrack record of successfully leading large-scale technologyprojects and initiatives.
• Strong understandingof enterprise architecture principles, systems integration, anddata management.
• Excellent leadership,communication, and interpersonalskills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively withsenior leaders and cross-functionalteams.
• Experience in vendor management,contract negotiation, and budgetmanagement.
• Knowledge of industry trends andemerging technologies.
• Certifications such asTOGAF, CISSP, or PMP are aplus.
