    This is a hands-on role.
    Responsibilities
    • We are looking for self starters and mission driven individuals to join us as we build to enable web3 mass adoption
    • Architect, deploy, manage, and ensure high availability, performance, and security of our blockchain application built on Ethereum clients, AVS, Cosmos SDK, and CometBFT/Tendermint infrastructure.
    • Manage cloud based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), monitor resources, and proactively optimize utilization to support network growth.
    • Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, and APM solutions
    • Design, implement, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for seamless development, testing, and deployment of blockchain applications (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.)

    • Establish comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems for proactive issue identification and quick resolution of problems.
    • Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, perform audits, and ensure the protection of blockchain infrastructure, nodes, and data.
    • Develop and utilize automation tools and frameworks to streamline deployment, management, and monitoring of blockchain infrastructure.
    • Work closely with software engineers, blockchain developers, and cross functional teams to optimize operations and provide technical support.
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation of architecture, processes, runbooks, and incident response procedures.
    • Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in blockchain and DevOps, continuously seeking opportunities for infrastructure improvement.

    Requirements
    • Min.
    5+ years of experience in web2 + web3
    • Min.
    of 2 years of hands-on experience maintaining blockchain infrastructure, ideally focused on Ethereum clients/nodes or Cosmos-based chains.
    • Proficiency in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools (e.
    g., Terraform, Ansible) for managing containerized applications.
    • Experience establishing and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, CircleCI, ArgoCD).
    • Proven track record with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
    • Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, APM solutions)
    • Scripting proficiency (Python, Bash, etc.)
    to automate tasks and develop tools
    • Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and principles.
    • Deep knowledge of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and practical experience with Ethereum clients (Geth, Erigon, Besu, Nethermind).
    • Strong grasp of security best practices, network security, and experience securing blockchain networks.
    • The ideal candidate for this role is a self starter who demonstrates proactive ownership of their work, excels in a dynamic, collaborative in person setting, and readily adapts to the rapidly changing demands of our field
    • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional teams and possess excellent communication skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    DevOps or cloud certifications are highly valued.
    Nice to have
    • Knowledge of Eigen AVS
    - Experience in multi-chain crypto wallets, cross-chain communication, and DID systems (i.e. ENS)
    • Experience working with blockchain infrastructure, preferably within the Cosmos ecosystem
    • Experience within fintech companies
    • Proficiency in working with decentralized protocols, such as IPFS, Ethereum, etc.
