- Greet and welcome all guestsapproaching the Front Desk in accordance with the hotelstandards.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs in afriendly, efficient and courteousmanner.
- Establish and maintain goodcommunications and team work skills with fellow colleagues andother departments within the hotel.
- Usessuggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote otherservices of the hotel.
- Handling all cash floatduties as assigned.
- To be flexible and extendjob duties to carry out any other reasonable duties andresponsibilities within the job capability as assigned, includingredeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meetbusiness demands and guest serviceneeds.
