Description

• Design and develop programs in support of Meta's priorities and objectives, and identify relevant partners to work with for the development and delivery of programs
• Manage and execute economic impact and innovation programs across the Middle East and North Africa. This may include a mix of research, capacity building programs, competitions and grant programs, policy stakeholder engagements and workshops, and more
• Manage the relationship with delivery partners to ensure quality execution and reporting
• Work crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders, such as Policy, Communications, Marketing, and Partnerships
• Help build, manage & maintain meaningful partnerships with economic impact and tech innovation policy influencers and organizations across the region
• Help to develop annual strategies for each pillar, designed to unlock and promote the positive impact of Meta's platforms and products. This will also include internal plan socialization and reporting, as well as budget management
• Represent and speak to the strategy and efforts on economic impact and innovation in internal or external forums

• More than 6 years experience in project/program management with a focus on economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, digitization and/or innovation in the Middle East and North Africa
• Experience in managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast paced environment
• Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully and creatively, with high attention to detail. Being well organized and structured in planning and execution
• Experience working collaboratively across teams or organizations
• Experience working with local and international partners
• Experience in strategy development and design
• Superior written and oral communications skills
• Ability to travel frequently across the region
• Fluency in Arabic

• Experience managing multicountry, multicultural, or multilingual projects
• Fluency in French is a plus
