    As a Public Relations Officer (PRO), you will play a critical role in managing all regulatory and documentation requirements of our Branch in Dubai.

    This role requires a deep understanding of government and banking processes.


    Job Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Public Administration, Law or a related field is preferred.
    Proven experience of at least 3 to 5 years in government relations, public affairs, or a related role. Mandatory experience in working with export-import operationsFamiliar with UAE LawsAbility to navigate complex regulatory environments.
    Fluency in Arabic language will be added advantage.
    Valid UAE driving license.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies for business compliance.
    Act as the primary point of contact between our Branch and the external government PROs.
    Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, banking and government policies that may impact the Branch.
    Conduct thorough analysis of proposed regulations and assess their potential impact on the company.
    Address and resolve any issues or disputes with banking and government entities in a diplomatic and strategic manner.
    Maintain organized and up-to-date executive files, ensuring compliance with record-keeping policies.
    Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to government agencies in a timely and accurate manner.
    Communicate relevant information about banking and government policies and regulatory changes to internal stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
