    • Leverage your deep industryknowledge in steel structure fabrication and construction to setstrategic sales goals and objectives.
    • Lead,mentor, and motivate a sales team to achieve sales targets,providing guidance and support to ensure theirsuccess.
    • Cultivate and strengthen relationshipswith existing clients while actively seeking and nurturing newbusiness opportunities.
    • Conduct comprehensivemarket research and competitor analysis to identify potentialclients, market trends, and growthopportunities.
    • Develop and implement effectivesales strategies to expand the client base and increaserevenue.
    • Provide technical expertise andconsultation to clients, addressing their complex requirements andoffering customized solutions.
    • Prepare accuratesales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and informdecision-making.
    • Lead contract negotiations andcollaborate with legal teams to ensure favourable terms andconditions.
    • Oversee the delivery of exceptionalafter-sales support, addressing client inquiries, concerns, andfeedback.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Business, or a relatedfield.
    • Minimum of 10 years of industry-specificexperience in steel structure fabrication andconstruction.
    • Proven track record of at least 5years in sales management, successfully leading and motivatingsales teams.
    • Strong understanding of steelstructure products, construction processes, and industryregulations.
    • Exceptional leadership,communication, and negotiationskills.
    • Customer-focused with the ability tobuild and maintain clientrelationships.
    • In-depth knowledge of the UAEmarket and a network of industrycontacts.
    • Results-oriented with a strategicmindset and the ability to drive revenuegrowth.
    • Pakistani/Indian nationals will begiven first preference.
