HR Manager:


We are currently hiring a Junior HR Manager to oversee human resources policies & and practices, including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management.

The budget is in the
range of 15K per month.

ARABIC SPEAKER ONLY

Experience with KSA is mandatory (visa / legal requirements)

Main responsibilities will include:


  • Creating, implementing, and administering human resources policies and procedures and ensuring that practices are compliant with statutory requirements and guidelines.
  • Managing various aspects of HR Operations including employee documentation, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Providing support for recruitment as required
  • Managing leave records, employee benefits, and claims administration
  • Working closely with finance to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and other claims
  • Participating in and/or leading projects

Key Requirements

  • You ideally possess a degree in human resources or a related field
  • You have 5 years experience in an HR Manager or HR Generalist role
  • You have good exposure to various aspects of the HR function
  • You have strong knowledge of the UAE employment laws & legislation
  • You have excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • You are organized, & detailoriented
  • You are adaptable, flexible and multitasking

Pay:
Up to AED15,000.00 per month
