Job Profile:
The position will focus on talent management outcomes – succession planning, leadership development, coaching, assessment tools etc.
Support business leaders in ensuring that the Group has a strong and effective senior leadership team to drive the business going forward, in line with the Group's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess each top team structure and Review critical leadership positions through a robust talent management process.
Identify key opportunities and risks from a leadership point of view in each business and at a Group level.
Develop a comprehensive leadership journey/program from first-line managers to executives, aligned with organizational needs and career progression.
Establish strategic partnerships with external partners to co-create flagship programs.
Review business and leadership performance metrics to identify gaps and establish a clear leadership development roadmap.
Provide top team coaching and facilitation to enhance team effectiveness.
