Apt Resources, a well-established recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Chef De Partie to join an industrial catering company.

As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking diversified dishes according to company standards and recipes.

Our client is looking for a talented chef who can deliver high-quality food and contribute to the overall success of the catering operation.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.
  • Follow recipes and ensure that all food is prepared according to company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
  • Assist in developing new menu items and improving existing recipes.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Chef De Partie.
  • Excellent knowledge of different cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Prior experience in industrial catering is preferred, but not required.
