Main Accountabilities: Responsiblefor creating design solutions that have a high visual impact fromconceptualization and design of solutions from concept tocompletion Lead on huge variety of projects including printidentity (to build on visual brand) advertising websites designbriefs create layouts and final art work and any additionalmarketing collaterals Manage multiple design briefs simultaneouslyestimate the time required to complete the work and allocate timeaccording to the priority of the job Responsible for Photo Shootsof Professional Standard and other Photography assignments coveringevents school / nursery activities field trips etc. for allBusiness Units. The resource will also equip the marketingdepartment with necessary photography equipment and accessories tocarry out this task Provide support for setup of audio &visual devices (like audio mixer mics speakers projectors andscreens) for events & presentations Have an optimisticoutlook and flexible temperament in a fastpaced working environmentGraphic Designs & Creative Create designs concepts andsample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles andaesthetic design concepts Producing communication as per plan forAbove the line dailies magazines etc. Below the line flyersbrochures prospectus SMS direct mail outdoor Social FacebookTwitter Instagram Pinterest Blogs etc. Outreach Event / Exhibitionparticipation stalls booths mall promos etc. Events Monthly eventsopen houses coffee mornings challenges and more Provide finalproduction artwork to production partners/ suppliers Work with awide range of media including photography and computeraided designDraw and print charts graphs illustrations and other artwork usingcomputer Research new software or design concepts Produce still andanimated graphics for onair and taped portions of television newsbroadcasts using electronic video equipment Photograph layoutsusing camera to make layout prints for supervisors or clientsCurate archive and manage data bank of suitable images includinginhouse pictures stock imagery and digitally manipulatedimages.
Audio & Video Production Responsible for recordingkey events across business units.

Editing and Producing HighQuality AV Content that can be used across various channels such asOfficial Website YouTube Channel Demonstrations Events etc Performthe role of expert / advisor on AV Production Projects and backadvise with sound research and analysis Handle professional VideoShoots as and when they are warranted and project manage till finalproduct Procure tools / equipment as necessary and suggestimprovements to the AV Production ProcessPhotography Responsiblefor Photographing key events across business units.

Reworking /Retouching Pictures that can be used across various channels suchas Official Website Social Media Presentations Collateral Eventsetc Perform the role of expert / advisor on Photography Projectsand back advise with sound research and analysis Handleprofessional Photo Shoots as and when they are warranted andproject manage till final product Procure tools / equipment asnecessary and suggest improvements to the Photography ProductionProcessWebsite & Email Marketing Work on all officialEmail/Newsletter Templates / Designs for all BusinessUnitsProduction:

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

45years experience as a Graphic Designer with excellent knowledge ofAdobe Suite of Products including Photoshop Illustrator InDesignDreamweaver Flash Professional Fireworks Acrobat X Pro Bridge MediaEncoder HTML Strong working knowledge of Audio / Video EditingSoftware such as SoundForge Audacity Adobe After Effects AdobePremiere Elements Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro ActivePresenterLightworks etc.

Must be able to work on both Windows and MACenvironments with high proficiency Strong typography skills withability to create storyboards Artistic with good knowledge ofgraphics optimization for the web with strong layout and paginationskills Good knowledge of various production media / material andshould be able to select and advise suitable media.
