Position Overview:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daytoday operations of our business setup and visa services division. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional service quality to our clients._
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall operations of the business setup and visa services division, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Lead and supervise a team of operations staff, Like PRO, Visa Typist & 3rd party Vendors, administrative personnel, and support staff.
Monitor and analyze operational metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Oversee the maintenance of client records, databases, and documentation systems to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of operations staff and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Foster strong relationships with government authorities, partners, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues or challenges effectively.
Stay updated on changes in UAE visa regulations, immigration policies, and business setup procedures to ensure compliance and provide proactive guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience (3+ years) in operations management, preferably in the business setup, Freezone, immigration, or consultancy industry.
Strong knowledge of UAE's Freezone, visa regulations, immigration procedures, and business setup processes.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with operations management in CRM & ZOHO software/systems.
Ability to thrive under pressure, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
