We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled lead generator who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and rewarding industry to join our commercial team at fam properties.

You will be responsible for identifying and attracting potential clients who may be interested in purchasing or leasing commercial properties.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement leadgeneration strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Utilize data analytics and other technologies to identify potential clients based on their demographics, behavior, and interests.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, gather additional information about potential clients' needs and preferences, and convert leads into customers.
  • Provide information about available properties, schedule property tours, and negotiate lease or purchase agreements.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records of leads and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements:


  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Excellent skills keeping upto date with existing client database
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other leadgeneration tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary:
AED5, AED5,500.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- results of the last successful campaign you did? (required)
- generating exceptional leads (required)
- relevant real estate lead generation (preferred)
