Soft Services Head

Job Overview:

The Soft Services Executive will be responsible for providing professional and effective soft services to the Facilities Management Team which includes, Housekeeping, Deep Cleaning, catering, Pest Control, Sanitization, Office Fabric, Indoor plants, Office boy, security guards and Drivers.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Display a sound knowledge of all soft service activities.

Immediately notify the facilities Coordinator of any safety issues or concerns. Maintain a safe place of work Health.

and Safety policies and practices are essential to this role and are a condition of employment.

Provide progress reports on allocated work orders, as required.
Any other reasonable task requested by supervisor or management.
Communication & Teamwork.

Understanding of personal responsibilities and contribution to achieving compliance with
the QHSE requirement including but not limited to competence to perform safety critical roles, control measures arising from environment impacts and aspects of job safety analysis.

BICS certified with 2+ yrs. of experience in Dubai/UAE in the FM industry.

Hotel Management or a similar degree.

Up to date competent use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook.
