We are seeking a dynamic and proactive On-Field Marketing Officer to join our team.This role will be instrumental in ensuring our products are effectively represented in the market and that our distribution channels are optimized for maximum reach and impact.
Responsibilities:

Product Visualization Evaluation: Conduct regular visits to various outlets to ensure our products are visually appealing and effectively displayed to attract customers.

Market Distribution Analysis: Monitor and analyze the distribution of our products across different market segments, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.

Presentation Development: Create engaging presentations showcasing our products' features, benefits, and unique selling points for use in client meetings, trade shows, and other marketing events.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and partners, to ensure our products receive optimal placement and promotion.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers, retailers, and other relevant parties to continuously improve our product positioning and marketing strategies.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform marketing strategies and product development decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed.
