Description

to receive, review, and validate incoming XML data feeds from various sources.

to transform and map XML data into the required format for successful upload.

to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity throughout the upload process.

to utilize our content management system or custom tools to upload XML feeds onto the website.

to collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to data integration.

to monitor and verify successful upload of data, ensuring it is displayed correctly on the website.

to conduct thorough quality checks on uploaded data to identify and rectify any discrepancies, missing information, or formatting errors.

to test and verify data display across different devices and browsers to ensure a consistent user experience.

to maintain comprehensive documentation of data upload processes, including guidelines, best practices, and troubleshooting steps.

to collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure that uploaded data aligns with branding and messaging.

to ensure the documentation requirements are met before uploading the data to the system.

to maintain low queue rate and understand the importance of time adherence.

to provide training and support to internal teams or external partners/clients involved in data feed preparation and submission

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations while handling sensitive information.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proficiency in XML structures, syntax, and transformation.

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and data integration tools.

Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.

Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.

Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Knowledge of web development languages like HTML, CSS and vue JavaScript is advantageous.
