Description
Maintain excellent communication with clients, both in person and over the phone. Assist in addressing inquiries and providing information about available properties and service.

  • Provide general administrative support to the real estate team, including filing, scanning, and managing office supplies.
  • Prepare and organize property documents, contracts, and agreements. Ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations, including documentation and recordkeeping requirements.
- strong communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market and regulations is advantageous.
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
  • Understand full paperwork needed for real estate.
  • Prepare Weekly reports to the CEO.
  • Prepare all invoices, receipts.
  • Organizing personnel affairs
  • Manage onsite staff, and vendor and contractor relationship.
  • Prepare and maintain all records, correspondence, and files.
  • Prepare weekly listing report Ensure all the listing information is accurate.
  • Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal crm
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

Salary:
AED3,000.00 per month
