Web Intelligence Analyst - Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates - my team

Description

We are seeking a talented, sharp, and detail-oriented Web Intelligence Analyst with a strong background in working in or with law enforcement or national security organizations to join us in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will be conducting in-depth training and ongoing intelligence investigations using our platforms and working with internal teams to strengthen customer enablement processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Conduct combined WEBINT and open-source investigations to develop use cases to support sales processes and customer requests.

Produce detailed intelligence reports - both independently and at the request of sales, customers, etc.

Assist with onboarding customers by proactively providing assistance, guidance on best practices, and providing use cases.

Train and educate in an ongoing process customer on the products

Master the product offering and suggest enhancements based on end-user needs.

Participate in professional events such as on-site demos and exhibitions.


Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and/or 23 years of law enforcement / special military unit intelligence background
• Native / Fluent English
• Must
• Proficiency in any additional European languages
• Residence in Abu Dhabi
• Experience in conducting opensource investigations and other OSINT analysis tools
• Independent work

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in working with advanced technological tools or operations is preferred.
