Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate the effectiveness of training periodically and measure the impact, including the effect of training and return on investment from training programsMaintain records of training and employee outcomesMonitor training costs to ensure adherence to set budget, and prepare explanatory reports on expendituresExecuting training plan programs, including introducing new features and simulating activities in a demo environment


Job Requirements:

High degree of analytical thinking, demonstrated talent in identifying, examining, improving and simplifying multiple work processesHas an innovative problem-solving ability that produces practical and applicable solutions and resolves all complaintsA team member who is able to adapt to a work environment that requires the ability to effectively set priorities and coordinate concurrent projects.

An excellent listener and communicator with a high ability to communicate and convey information orally and in writing.
