Drive all aspects of branch operations including butnot limited to: Business Development, Recruiting &Operations Compliance with a focus on Sales. The Market DevelopmentManager is responsible for meeting and exceeding the minimumexpectations for Weekly, Monthly and Annual Sales Metrics. TheMarket Development Manager assists in identifying future regionalmarket sites. The Market Development Manager role graduates to aBusiness Development Director position once the branch reaches theGM$ determined by Senior Management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• FIRST & FOREMOST, the Market Development Manager#1 role and responsibility is to drive new business through theSales Process.
• Market Development Manager musthave the ability to call on C-Level executives, hiring managers,plant managers and supervisors in various industries.
• Market Development Manager must have the ability torecruit associates and place associates on assignment.
• Solicit new business by pursuing leads throughconsultative sales.
• Cold calling-virtual& face-to-face.
• Implement Marketing Campaigns.
• Secure minimum sales metric expectations.
• Prompt follow up on all leads andopportunities.
• Understand pricing models& processes to secure profitable business.
• Accurately log and maintain sales activity into CRMsystem.
• Perform creditchecks and obtain corresponding WC Codes for newbusiness.
• Setup new clients in ATSsystem.
• Perform necessary safety walkthrough/evaluations.
• Adhere to compliancepolicies.
• Exercise independent judgement andcritical thinking in handling responsibilities related to newbusiness development and recruiting.
